Because most people have tight shoulders in the overhead range of motion, almost any type of hanging will be a great shoulder mobility exercise for all levels of fitness and skill. Specifically, the wall hang will help develop the needed grip strength for harder skills like cat leaps and climb ups. Additionally, hanging can help decompress the spine making them a feel good addition to warm ups and cool downs.
