The top-out tuck planche is one of several parkour-specific applications of planche training. While the tuck planche develops impressive strength, stability, and full body tension, it may not translate well to parkour unless applied from a variety of dynamic entrances such as top-outs and vaults. The top-out tuck planche exercise will further improve tuck planche ability while also fortifying advanced climb up and top-out variations.
