This is the warm up we use to get prepared for our parkour training and workouts. It’s a blend of exercises we picked up from our warm ups in soccer, dance, and parkour.

It is very important we take the time to warm up our muscles and joints before we exercise. Especially for parkour training. In parkour we will be taking our body through several ranges of motions and intense exercise.

So in this video we show you the joint rotations and light exercises we perform for our warm up before workouts and parkour training.

By training these exercises consistently, you are going to see a dramatic increase in your functional strength, you will become more coordinated in the movements crucial for parkour, and you will gain more mobility and flexibility.
