My work has these concrete blocks next to a walking path. On my break today, rather than just walking, I had some break time fun and did some 2 footed box jumps on the concrete blocks.
This is a very good leg and core exercise if you have some of these around.
Here is the video I recorded. Its not the best quality. But I had fun making it. Enjoy!
