In this video I wanted to share with you a quick tip for improving your jumps. Get more height and spring wiith your jumps while also developing more control with your landings.

I picked up these techniques and exercises from my ballet and dance instructor – Caitlin Geier from the Blue 8 team.

We will be focusing on developing our ankle strength particularly practicing the ankle flexion we will want to perform during our jump to maximize height.

I show you a few different exercises to practice and train to develop this strength for your jump.
