The advanced tucked variation of the front lever is one of the easier progressions of the front lever, an incredible exercise for developing full body tension and pulling strength in your arms and back. After you master the advanced tucked front lever, you can progress to harder variations like straddle, half lay, and full lay. If the advanced tuck front lever is too difficult, work on an easier progression such as the tuck front lever.
