Freerunning Flow You Can Train Anywhere! – Build Agility & Coordination – Tapp Brothers
A huge question we get asked is how to train freerunning flow if we don’t have any places to train?
So in this video I’m going to give you 4 flow developing moves and exercises that you can train anywhere. If you have no obstacles in sight. This freerunning flow drill can be performed on flat ground.
The moves in this drill are the parkour roll (derived from parkour), the coin drop prep (derived from dance and circus), the coffee grinder (derived from break dancing), and QM to Crab (derived from parkour).
These moves are great for developing coordination and fluid movement with your parkour and freerunning.
